The Board of Directors of Fragbite Group AB (publ) ("Fragbite Group" or \u201cthe Company") has today, June 27, 2024, decided to immediately change accounting standard from IFRS to K3. The decision was taken on the Company\u2019s own initiative in order to carry out the upcoming rights issue within the decided time schedule. To ensure continuity in accounting, Fragbite Group hereby also presents recalculated financial information in accordance with K3 for the interim period from January 1 to March 31, 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
