Fragbite Group AB (publ) (\u201dFragbite Group\u201d or \u201cthe Company\u201d) has today made changes to group management upon the request of Anders R\u00f6ssel to resign from his position as CFO and Head of M&A. Inger Hasselberg, currently Head of Financial Control for the Company, has been appointed acting CFO and member of the management team.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Anders R\u00f6ssel, CFO and Head of M&A, has announced that he wishes to step down from his position. The company's Head of Financial Control, Inger Hasselberg, has been appointed acting CFO and will join the management team. Anders R\u00f6ssel will during the remainder of June work on the handover of his duties and other obligations, after which Inger Hasselberg will formally take over on 1 July 2024.<\/p>\n

I would like to thank Anders for his great efforts and teamwork during his time with Fragbite Group.
