Fragbite Group AB (publ) (\u201cFragbite Group\u201d) and Christian Batist have mutually agreed that he will step down as CEO of subsidiary Lucky Kat. Fragbite Group board member Zara Zamani will assume the role of Acting CEO.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Christian Batist is stepping down as CEO of Lucky Kat, per mutual agreement with Fragbite Group. Both parties have come to the conclusion that the appointment was not the right fit and have decided in good faith to part ways. Board Member Zara Zamani will take over as acting CEO during the recruitment period for a new permanent CEO.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs we carry out the recruitment process for a new permanent CEO, Lucky Kat will continue to operate as usual and there are no changes neither in strategy nor roadmap. Lucky Kat has a highly professional, dedicated team and I have full confidence in them. Zara Zamani has been a member of the Fragbite Group board since May 2022. She has executive leadership experience from global companies such as ChromaWay, Schlumberger and DH Anticounterfeit, and an extensive background in designing blockchains. In 2021, Zara founded metaverse company Neoki where she currently serves as Chief Operations Officer, alongside working as a lecturer at Halmstad University where she is carrying out doctorate studies towards a PhD in Innovation Sciences. Zara is highly reputable in the field of web3 and has served as a panel expert for the EU Blockchain Observatory and Forum.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
