Fragbite Group AB has today appointed Lars Johansson as the new CFO, a position he will assume on October 18, 2021. Lars Johansson has a solid background with leading positions in both listed and unlisted companies in various industries. He has most recently been CFO at NetEnt and before that Senior Investment Director and acting CEO at Ratos AB, CFO at Swedavia AB, CFO and COO at TV4 AB and before that, among others, CFO\/COO and acting CEO at Orc Software AB. He is currently a board member of the Swedish Maritime Administration, Visit Sweden AB and Plegium AB.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Charlotta Deuschl, who has been Interim CFO since June 2021, will continue as a consultant within the Group as Interim Group Chief Accountant.<\/p>\n
