Fragbite Group AB (publ) carried out a public offering of shares in connection with the preparation of the Company Description prior to its listing on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market, which was communicated on 22 June 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The new issue of 3,750,000 and the extension option of an additional 1,250,000 newly issued shares, a total of 5,000,000 shares at a share price of SEK 4, provided the company with a total of SEK 20 million before issue costs.<\/p>\n

The Swedish Companies Registration Office has now registered the rights issue and, as previously communicated, the number of shares amounts to 81,610,303 after registration.<\/p>\n

Through an over-allotment option, a maximum of an additional 750,000 shares can be issued, provided that the over-allotment option is fully exercised.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
