Fragbite Group AB (publ) carried out a directed new issue of shares in June, which was communicated via a press release on 17 June 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The directed share issue of 6,250,000 shares took place for cash consideration at a price of SEK 4 and provided the company with SEK 25 million before issue costs.<\/p>\n

The Swedish Companies Registration Office has today registered the directed share issue and as previously communicated, the number of shares amounts to 76,610,303 after registration.<\/p>\n

Fragbite Group AB (publ) also announced on July 7, 2021 that the company will carry out a public offering, including an extension option of a total of 5,000,000 shares, at a price of SEK 4, which will provide the company with SEK 20 million in gross payment. The number of shares in the company will increase by 5,000,000 shares from 76,610,303 shares to 81,610,303 shares through the rights issue, including the extension option. This new share issue has not yet been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Through an over-allotment option, an additional 750,000 shares can be issued. Given that the over-allotment option is fully exercised, the number of shares will increase by an additional 750,000 shares.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
