At the Extraordinary General Meeting on May 3, 2021, a decision was made to change the name to Fragbite Group AB (publ). The Swedish Companies Registration Office has today registered the new name. In addition to this, the Swedish Companies Registration Office has also registered the other decisions made at the Extraordinary General Meeting on May 3, 2021, such as changes in the Articles of Association, residence and issuance of new and changes in existing warrants.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
