Updated shareholder list

Fragbite Group AB (publ) (the “Company”) has received information from some major shareholders about their ownership and the Company has subsequently updated its shareholder list.

The Company updates its shareholder list automatically through a service from Modular Finance AB. The update takes place once a month after Euroclear Sweden AB has provided an updated share register. Since a number of owners own shares in the Company via endowment insurance, the shareholder's name is not visible. After some major shareholders has contacted the Company about their holdings via their various depots and that their ownership has thus not been updated regularly for over a year, the list of shareholders has now been updated and can be seen here: https://fragbitegroup.com/aktien/.
